Mansion on the pond...

I went running today, one of my running loops goes on a trail around a pond.
the pond is surrounded on one side by Wellesley college and on the other by houses/mansions.

this is the back of one of the mansions, the trees are always manicured like this, all year round, they always look perfect. it's a beautiful jog all around.
