The ducks (common black duck) were swimming through the blowies, they are tiny inedible fish that get caught on the hooks of fishermen, we often see shoals of them.
Two guys fishing from the harbour wall this morning thought they had a good catch, we stood watching him reel his line in, amongst the line full of seaweed was actually a fish, it looked like a small herring.
It was cold walking around the Marina this morning, we are in for a snap of cold weather coming in from the South West.
it was said we had the coldest April day in a decade..
Nadine had her first day back in school yesterday, she had 15 students from a normal class of 25, it was hard work with them trying to maintain keeping their distance and yet teach at the same time, it will gradually get better.
