Banana & Walnut Loaf

The recipe was taken from an illustrated step-by-step baking book that I was given by the Wee Pal and I followed the instructions and ingredients fairly assiduously to an amazingly good effect.

It’s a pity you’ll just have to take my word for how good it is. The one I’ve sliced and put in the freezer certainly won’t last until we get out of this mess.
