Busy River Clyde....

Walking Selchie today after the gym and swim. It was busy at the Saltings and by the canal. Seemed everybody and their dog was there. Got Selchie in then headed home just as the weather changed for the worse. Now relaxing before this evenings Metafit and Kettle Bell. Class xx
