Imps!
Over to The Folks today and not too bad a day My Dad had got a load of washing done and line-dried already - all I had to do was fetch it in. We finally got their medication delivery sorted too. I have to buy a pill-tray for my Dad to organise his medication. He was getting it in blister packs, with a weeks' dosage in compartments so he knew what to take when, but now it's a moths' worth just as they are. He has a whole carrier bag full of stuff! Estelle next door sorts out my Mum's meds, so hopefully she will organise his too, though he will be fine once they are in one of the trays!
While I was over there I got a really bad pain in my eye-socket/cheekbone. I rooted around all the pockets of my handbag looking for painkillers - I didn't find any, but I did find a £20 note I'd put into a side pocket about 6 weeks ago and forgotten about, which was a lovely surprise! Still had the pain in my face though...
I took painkillers once Jae had fetched me home, and it's fine now. I walked into town for my Blip hoping to call into Boots for my Dad's pill-tray and some dental floss for Jae while I was there, but since I was last in Boots they have closed all their other departments and only the pharmacy remains open.
Last time I was in town, to collect my prescriptions there was only one or two people on the High Street. This time there were about 20, though no more places are open. They are opening DIY/Garden centres again apparently. Does this mean the Lockdown rules are changing, even though they say they aren't? I suppose they want to test the waters to see if people behave responsibly and observe social distancing before letting other places open.
I took this in town obviously. I like the way one of the imps looks like he's trying to catch the cyclist!
