Rolling Rolling Rolling!

Finally got my old tech and incompatibility problems to link my bike sensors and heart-rate monitor to Zwift on the Older TV. Needed a few conversion gismos to solve a stream of problems with streaming!

Had a great workout and enjoyed the app, cycling virtually with others. Made training indoors far easier mentally and combined with the concentration needed when cycling on free rollers, made it interesting. 

It concentrates the mind when there is a threat of flying off the rollers and straight through the front of your TV!
