Rainy day

Yes it's been a rainy day, but this was taken the other day when we went for a walk around town.  

Bad day.  No routine this morning, since day 1 of children no plan means a bad day.  Had a terrible argument with the eldest who refuses to learn and is totally not interested, which leads to fear on how far behind he will be, he wasn't exactly flying before we left school. 

Took the youngest for his last set of immunisations today.  My poor demenour probably wasn't helped by this as I have a real dislike of pretty much any doctors surgery and almost always seem to have an argument with there one way or another (although did get away unscathed today).  The youngest found it all really strange, which it was with people in masks and covered in plastic aprons talking to him and trying to be friendly and joking to cheer him up.  We took ourselves off home to try and make the day better.  

Totally unproductive afternoon filled with phone calls and little time to do any real work.  Topped off by sending a document to my boss who would 'like to discuss some of the detail first thing tomorrow'.  

It's time for bed and roll on a new day with a slightly more positive attitude and result..
