Birthday Cake

I had like many of you an unusual birthday in Lockdown but lots of lovely moments.

Paul made me this cherry cake - his first and he did a brilliant job .

It’s the first time I can remember having thunder and lightning on my birthday! 

I was lucky to have several phone calls from friends and relatives which made it special - we had fish and chips delivered to our family who live nearby .

A bonus was that I was able to collect some plants from a local nursery including indoor cucumbers and some runner beans, tomato plants and sweet peas ! Brilliant.
