Lockdown Day 39 - A new Angle

A very old and rusty ornamental pattress plate (also known as: anchor-plate or wall-washer). They are fitted to the ends of tie-rods and help to spread the load as they hold together old and possibly unstable walls.

I have blipped this twice before but not from this angle.
(Once in May 2011 and a similar one in Feb 2014
