Another rainy day, but I managed a well-timed dash to the shop to buy some butter.

I used the butter to bake a coffee & walnut cake. I spent the morning writing out some of our favourite recipes in a book so I was feeling inspired. Also Matt has apparently never had coffee cake before (which I can’t really comprehend) so I had to bake him some. He loved it.
