After the rain

The much needed rain was torrential at times today. But it let up this evening and the sun came out. So we took our walk this evening, up the hill and this view from near the top looks NW towards the Campsite hills.
The hills are pretty well obscured by the nearby trees. But their dark trunks and the sunlit greenery made the view today's blip.
