City Light

Autumn happens in cities too and Wellington is a city full of trees so we had a stagger this afternoon and “saw the light” so to bark....
This morning was special as The Bossess is badly addicted to Cafe Coffee in-spite of The Boss’s Barista skills so in level 3 you can buy “No Contact” coffee at suitable organised cafes. Throughout New Zealand Cafes have adjusted to this requirement some with pure genius with the winner being a place that used  a toy electric train to deliver the goods to the customer on the footpath. You are not allowed in the Cafe so we “Enjoyed” our morning break by sitting in the bus shelter on the other side of the road to get out of the wind.. Out of a total of 10 the experience scored 2.3 for the drinks but 8 for the cheese scone which came with a wooden knife but insufficient butter...It  was a BIG scone....
Then we went home and sat in the our apartment with the sun pouring in and had another HOT coffee....Sigh.....
