And all it took was a walk to the park and back. It was like she had been released from prison!

New rules come into play from today. We can exercise from 06:00 to 09:00 but we now have a curfew from 20:00 to 05:00. Still no booze or cigarette sales but who cares, some exercise in the fresh air is just what we all need.
