The moon & Venus

I ran my non parkrun today. First time I’ve not run on a Saturday all year! Felt like I tried hard today but wasn’t any quicker than last week. Think my legs were still tired from yesterday’s bike ride.

Ethan wrote a 100th birthday card for Captain Tom Moore and posted it.
