Passing showers

Today has been a day of sunny spells and showers. Our only exercise today being a short run by the Lake. Around lunchtime, we were treated to the wonderful rainbow I posted as an extra. So apt on this week's Clap for Carers day.

Then in the evening, the sunbeams mixing with falling rain was absolutely stunning (main pic).

And Happy 100th Birthday to Captain (colonel) Tom, a true gent and a real icon of all the best things and optimism to come out of these times.
