Aztec Cookies

I have really enjoyed my day off today :) I had a very lazy morning and have spent the whole afternoon (no joke!) baking!! My mum and I have made my sister's birthday cake which I will blip on Sunday (her birthday) and I also made these Aztec Cookies using a new cookbook I got last week :D Strictly speaking these aren't Aztec Cookies as we didn't have the right sort of coffee flavouring so basically they are just chocolate cookies, but they still taste good!!
