How did the weekend come around again already? And how is it May already too for that matter?! Bonkers!

Didn’t come up for air today - already breaking my resolutions not to return to being glued to a screen when things picked up - will be having a stern word with myself!

On the plus side some birthday presents that had gone astray finally arrived along with my nice new bread proving basket. New toys to play with - yay!

We had our first takeaway in a good couple of months today - think S had been getting quite desperate for one. Extra was ordered so there’s plenty of leftovers for tomorrow night as well.

Heavy rain and hailstones caused quite a din this afternoon, hoping for the sun to return tomorrow.
