Hail! It’s May Day

Rainy windows for much of the day, a thunderstorm and HAIL! It’s May showers instead of April showers.

The sound of the rain and hail on the velux window to my office made me feel like I was in a tin can at one stage. I quite like the sound of rain but not so much hail on the roof!

Productive work day and more computer tinkering. Left my desk at 7 and cooked a curry while listening to more rain. The temperature has dropped and it feels like we’re back in winter.

This week has felt like groundhog day with the computer. Hoping to keep off it all weekend. A big list of house jobs to do, some baking and more story time with The Wizard of Oz. Oh plus groceries to buy and a nice walk.
