An Idle Study

My workspace, sadly idle these days. I should have been setting off next week to research my next book in the Arctic Circle - an extraordinary archipelago not far from the North Pole. It was to have been the setting for my story. But the trip is cancelled and might now never take place, meaning that I might never write the book. So, as I deal with the remaining media interviews in the wake of the publication of “Lockdown”, I will turn my mind and research towards another tale that I might finally animate here sometime in the autumn.
