Blackheath rainbow

Finally back running.... Six weeks ago, I suffered a muscle injury that stopped me running. After an abortive comeback two weeks ago, I finally ran without too much discomfort - out to Greenwich Park and back (stopping to snap a rainbow after I got rained on). Ran just over 4K at a gentle pace.
