Squirrel Blip Friday .....

... and Flower Friday!

I had to run to the store first thing this morning and then when I returned I worked on some things inside the house until lunch.

It wasn't until after lunch that I got outside for photography purposes.  Today was still overcast but at least the rain from yesterday has stopped.  I took lots and lots of pictures of the squirrels, birds and this adorable chippy!  I pushing the limits on tagging this for Flower Friday ... but there are some tiny wildflowers in the photo! Please have a look in large.

We have been awaiting the day that the Gray Catbirds would return to our area .... and today was the day!!!  To say I was excited is an understatement!  I LOVE these birds and look forward to their return each Spring.  I have added an extra of said Catbird .... sorry that's not a more "natural" setting! 

Before supper R and I went over to Housenick Park for a walk .... where we saw more Catbirds!  I think they're back to stay!!
