A Grand Slam for Ireland !

Ireland won their first Grand Slam since 1948 tonight at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff. It was decided in the final minutes with a Ronan O'Gara drop kick. Irish hearts looked to be broken at the final whislte when Wales were awarded a penalty from the half-way line. But it fell short. The final score was 17-15.

I imagine all the pubs all over Ireland erupting at the final whislte. I had a celebratory pint of Guinness (or two) myself.
