J + 46 - Masks

Our neighbour Betty gave me an old bedsheet and elastic band (a sought after commodity these days!) for me to sew face masks for her and her husband.
She promised to cook a lamb tajine for us tomorrow as a thank you which is lovely.

It is nice to have good neighbours and we saw this as a good sign when we first met her as in Scotland our neighbour was also called Betty and became our girls third grandmother. We hope Scotttish Betty is doing ok at the moment as she was getting frail last time we visited in August last year.
