Level 4

Found this bottle of sparkling wine. Not sure how old it is but it’s ok to drink. Level 4 now so we are allowed to walk the dogs and do some exercise BUT only between 6-9am. We still cant buy alcohol or cigarettes. We can’t buy cleaning appliances but we can buy winter clothes. We don’t know how long level 4 will last.
