Up One Side, Down The Other

Quite why they're all heading in the same direction escapes me. Something to do with the sun perhaps. I feel we should be on the downside as well, but of course nobody knows for sure.

No rain today, although still windy, on the muddy ground I could walk quietly and slowly to avoid any disruption. Turtles aren't that bothered and they make ideal subjects because they don't move. Ducks on the other hand are very skittish and I didn't want to frighten them, particularly as they are nesting.

The ducks surprised me though as I was concentrating on the turtles. I tracked the ducks for a while as they swam towards the lake.
