Irises and freesias

I received a lovely surprise when this arrived in the post from my friend in Athens. The freesias smell beautifully.
Coffee in the Abbey porch followed by more weeding preparing to plant the runner beans ! We got chatting to a very glamorous 91 year old whilst  by the Abbey . She was waiting for her friend who was veg shopping for her .  She was finding it very difficult that all the churches are closed .

Otherwise life in Lockdown continues - at least it was pleasant outside .
And we’ve just started watching the new Norwegian drama on BBC4 ......
