Yellow

Stayed close to home today…. curious how it’s become my comfort zone.  (like we’re told to do)  We picked up a pizza last night but while waiting 10 minutes on the sidewalk outside, at least 10 joggers ran by,  no masks, not enough distance available.  Very annoying...we had our masks but.......


This is Lake Union where the new bridge is slowly slowly being constructed… about a mile from our door… I just liked the yellow here on this rainy dark day.    That’s the walkway being kept for when the bridge is back. 



Scots Broom….. It’s pretty but so invasive.   Makes me think fondly of our island place where we are trying to clear parts of broom and let the native stuff take over.  There will be less to be responsible for now however!

Edit:   Couldn’t resist adding this... got a text from Tatum saying they were outside .. having a drive around so of course out we went and had a very fine conversation from the sidewalk.   A nice surprise !
