Carrot cake

Saturday
A lovely sunny morning. Walked through the woods to Davidson's mains park and did a circuit. Lots of bluebells appearing now (extras). Bumped into a friend on the way home.

In the afternoon I baked a gluten free carrot cake (Nigella recipe) and later we had zoom meetings with two of our sons. Prawn curry for dinner.
