Notes: Headed out around 10a to pick up the brunch for 2 from Maple Avenue. Beautiful day and enjoyed a huge buffet of truffle eggs, potatoes, spring mix, almond ricotta pancakes, beef empanadas and Lithuanian donuts. We added pour-over coffee and mimosas with champagne! Rest of day was stuff around the house and outside a bit - pollen heavy and allergies kicking in.
