Moorhen #48

About time I found another bird for my tally. This is a tiny little moorhen chick that has appeared on the small pond at Birchfield gardens. There were at least two and I think they might be a second brood as I’m sure we’ve already seen some chicks a while ago but they didn’t last long. I assume they were predated. 

Just finished our weekly zoom meeting with hubby family. Was a lot of fun as usual. 

Thinking about putting all my 80’s vinyl records on eBay as they have been sat in a box for years and we have no record player to play them on. No idea if they are worth anything yet as I’ve not checked. It will give me something to do when the weather is not so good and will help fund our new gardening hobby :)
