I took Zebedee to the Hospital this morning, we're still trying to find out the cause of the headaches, going back on Thursday.....

Spent the afternoon working on my Podcast, I'm going to be doing one a month as of next month, featuring music, chat, guests, I'm really enjoying putting it all together.

Usual Tuesday karate and a chance to catch up with Sarah and Jo over coffee.

As a family we always have a series we watch in the evening together, at the moment it's the Big Bang Theory, brilliant!
