Insta, FB, Snap and Messenger peeps won't be surprised to see this. 
Baked a carrot cake today, this recipe used pecan nuts, have to say it is very good. Tested it out with both a cup of tea and a cup of coffee and can report that for me home baked cake is best with tea.
In other news spent two hours plus this morning working upside down in an awkward position with limited access doing a five minute job on my Saab, happy days.
