Camellia Blossom

The rain knocked this lovely camellia blossom off the plant, and it was robust enough to survive for a couple of days just sitting there on the table. 

Busy day today. Sorting out more of my kiln electrics, helping Daisy with her sewing project, zoom group family call, cooking a roast dinner, packing up the harp to go back (can't believe our year is up!), finished proofing the May issue of the Gazette. Just as well it wasn't nice enough to do more in the garden today.
