Low Light

As l begin this new phase in my life l need to express my heartfelt thanks for all your love and support. 
It felt like a large, warm blanket was wrapped around me, honestly you will never know how good that felt.
But in these times of isolation it really has helped me.
I am very fortunate in having my family, friends and this wonderful community.

For six and a half years we lived with the two separate and unrelated cancers that Mr P was diagnosed with. 
In all that time l don’t think l ever let myself have a proper cry, tears yes, but they were soon controlled and quickly mopped up.
I’m now going to be kind to myself and let them flow.
