Rochester River Walk

Rochester has a park along the river bank that is serene and quite pretty but seems to miss the mark. Tonite Two of us were passing thru, one homeless man was enjoying the impending sunset, he was talkative but refused to be photographed because the police were after him, and a second homeless man was asleep on a bench. No squirrels or pigeons because no one comes to feed them. There is a huge debris jam at the bridge that will have to be removed with care because there is a 100 ft waterfall 500yards down stream. It is sad that we have a beautiful city that is only used part time.
