Monday: On the Beach

Today’s plan was to put bamboo “teepees” to support the peas & to plant the sprouting potatoes left over from kitchen veg - did these, then walked down to the beach, only second time since lockdown. 
I’d gone in search of samphire but found none, couple of months time, maybe.
Wind northerly & chilly, hazy over the beach. 
Lots of martins flying around not sure if they’re sand or house, probably the latter.
One or two swallows around as well. Sat on the bench for a while watching them, until a cuppa sounded like a good idea!
