Lifting my spirits

We found a slightly different route on our walk tonight and what beautiful views. Had such an impact on my mood after another day glued to the screen with my headset on.
My parent support group was on tonight the first time online and was good to connect and know I'm not alone. Also had a call from one of my old friends an unexpected delight.
