Spirit of times

Strawberries from the local CSA farm. Bread from the local bakery. Trying hard to support local businesses, which now has an importance of a mission, rather than just a leisurely occasion to visit with neighbors.

My anxiety levels are often spiking throughout the day, for no apparent reason. Any job-related task takes too long, and strains me significantly. As there is no relief in sight, I will have to investigate methods to calm down.
