who remembers the wimpy restaurants?
i use to meet a friend for lunch in the Romford one when i was in my 20's. i thought they had disappeared completely but apparently not because they are opening one in Church road ashford.

A very expensive italian restaurant was here 2/3 years ago then it went bankrupt and was empty. it is now opening as a wimpy. lost count of eating places in the town but it is 30+.
memo to self-wander round the town and do recount.
