Apple and Blueberry Pie

We had quite a few left over cooking apples and half a bag of frozen blueberries. I decided to treat the family to some much needed comfort food, so made this pie. 

I discovered after we had eaten the pie that the frozen filo pastry went out of date in 2018 ; ))
