Patio chair

Wrought iron patio chair that I bought years’ ago from a blacksmith in Tuscany, in which I spend a lot of time sitting when the weather is as glorious as it is today.

I bought some rhubarb last time I went shopping. I do like to buy whatever the farmer has managed to harvest and get to me (in this case from Yorkshire). But I wanted it to last longer than one dessert, so I googled a recipe. I can guarantee that Rhubarb and custard cake is delicious - a proper old-fashioned “pud” :-)
