Yet again, another shot from our balcony. 

I have a pre-scan meeting at the hospital tomorrow and then hopefully some prgress to be made then. Other good news is that the steroid in my shoulder last week seems to have had some effect. It's hard to judge though because there is still so much other baddness going on.
