? Mobile migration

I suspect many people tried to figure out what all these signs were darted about the building and had there own bright ideas.
Only the organisation migrating to the new phone company! It didn't happen for my old phone though. It will need replaced but can the department afford the £20 cost to upgrade? I don't think it will be a " smart phone" at that huge expense!!
