Winner

Along with the rest of the known (baking) world, I'm going down the sourdough bread route.  But it doesn't sit well with me that I have to throw away excess starter each day.  So, a bit of research and I found a recipe for sourdough pancakes.

Utterly delicious - and quicker to make than the Maca pancakes I generally make 2 or three times a week.  

So long as you remember to set it out on the counter overnight to rise.
