Reflections on today

Another dark and wet evening after a day indoors, I can see a pattern forming.

It was entirely by choice that I stayed indoors at lunchtime this time, I finally went back to my boxercise class! I really like these Monday lunchtime classes, it takes just about as much coordination as I posses to do the moves and while in the class there is no time to think about anything else.

I am going to hurt tomorrow...
