More of a concept photo today. I have more plans for this type of image. In the time allowed I couldn't find any of my nautical charts. So a local map will have to do!

I can assure Mrs W. that for our annual holiday we can consider further afield than Hitchin!

The interesting thing I find is that I have seen a classical painting by Da Vinci or Michelangelo or someone, with the hand of God holding the dividers in this (I thought) strange and unnatural way. It's only when I was doing a lot of navigation for my skippers licence that I realised this was the most natural most way of holding them at rest!
