Walking with swans...
...until the dogs playing nearby in the water scared them off.
Tenuous link to perspective is that the swans are about the same size as the Kessock Bridge that links Inverness to the Black Isle.
The day today involved:
Meditation
Breakfast - cream cheese on toast
Standing at the door to pay our respects to John who passed away from liver cancer having only been diagnosed 7 weeks ago, his wife and daughter were heading to his funeral. So sad to say goodbye in this strange way.
A walk down to the Moray Firth where we were treated to seeing these swans, some ducks and a heron.
Home - leftovers for lunch, sitting in the sunshine.
Playing around with photos.
Emptying the guest bedroom to start decorating it.
Dinner - salmon with steamed veg
Telly and knitting.
And somewhere in there I did a bit of OU work lol
