Beach and moon

Spent the day sorting stuff out in the house again after a lie in . J headed down to the beach in the afternoon to do her first 25 minute run as part of her couch to 5K. I went for a run and met them down there.  We were going to go for a walk around town and do the bottom half of the Royal Mile but by the time we got back we couldn’t face going out again
