Nettle soup

Campbell had a notion to make nettle soup so went foraging around the garden for young nettle tops. He didn’t have to look far as we have an abundance.

He discovered that cooking with added danger of being stung was an adrenaline buzz.

Eating it lacked the danger. Very flavoursome with a slight tingle kin to mild popping candy. Delicious !
