May the 4th be with you

I had to take my bike in for a service this morning so I decided to work from the office for the day for a change of scene. I was expecting to not see another soul in the building but Christine was in the bookshop and then Kate popped into the office opposite in the afternoon. Lovely to catch up after what seems like a very long time.

The bike wasn’t ready at home time so I had a nice stroll home. It was lovely, which kind of made it all the more sad, as the quarry would normally be at the centre of all our summer plans. I was daydreaming about drinks with friends at the Boathouse as I passed.
